750 g raw gambas or shrimps
450 g scallops or scallops
6 large limes, squeezed
1 big lemon, squeezed
1 small pink onion, chopped
1 cucumber, peeled and cutre
1 large tomato, chopped
1 jalapeño pepper or other green pepper, chopped
1 serrano pepper or other green pepper, chopped

1 tablespoon of olive oil

Method of preparation
Preparation time: 15minutes > Extra time: 1 hour in the refrigerator > Ready in: 1hour 15minutes
- In a bowl, pour the juice of the lemons (green and yellow) on the prawns and scallops.
- Add onion, cucumber, tomato, peppers, coriander, olive oil, salt and pepper.
- Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour until the seafood is opaque.
It is the acidity of the lemons that “cooks” the seafood. You can add all kinds of seafood and fish to this preparation, such as seabass, squid, crab, halibut and tuna.
Seed the peppers for a less spicy result!
