2 nice slices of bread
Some slices of mozzarella
Some slices of Emmenthal
1 knob of butter
Method of preparation
Prep Time: 5minutes> Cook Time: 5minutes> Ready In: 10minutes
Butter each slice of bread on one side. Cover the non-buttered side of one of the mozzarella and emmenthal slices. Close the sandwich with the second slice of bread, buttered side out.
Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and bake the sandwich on each side until it is golden brown and the cheese is completely melted.
