A recipe that will not be unanimous, but that personally I find very nice: old-fashioned chips, nature, dipped in melted chocolate. The snack of tomorrow! You can also dip pretzels, popcorn, nuts, in short, a little everything you want.

Ingredients :

455 g of chocolate of your choice, cut into pieces
600 g of lace crisps

Method of preparation:

Pour 3/4 of the chocolate into a glass salad bowl and place on a pan of simmering water. Melt the chocolate, stirring regularly until the chocolate reaches a temperature of 43 ° C. Use a meat or confectionary thermometer to check the temperature.
As soon as the chocolate reaches the correct temperature, remove the bowl from the pan of water and then add the rest of the chocolate. Stir until all the chocolate is melted and reaches 32 ° C. If you taste the chocolate half-heartedly, it will seem cold to you.
With tongs, dip the chips in the chocolate, one after the other. Arrange them on a sheet of parchment paper, starting at the point farthest from you and coming back towards you, so that you do not pour chocolate on the ready-made chips. Let cool until the chocolate has hardened.
