Yogurt cake

Ingredients / for 6 people

  • 1 jars of plain yoghurt
  • 2 jars of sugar
  • 1 sachet of vanilla sugar
  • 3 pots of flour
  • 1/2 pot of oil
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 pinch of salt

1 Switch on the thermostat oven 5-6 (180 ° C). Butter a round pan.
2 Pour the yoghurt into a bowl and add in order by mixing well with a wooden spoon: sugars, eggs one by one, flour, yeast, salt, oil.

To finish

Put the mixture in the buttered pan and cook for 35 minutes. Cool and unmold.
