Verrines of cottage cheese with muesli

INGREDIENTS

  • For the muesli:

-200 g oatmeal
-150 g of pecans
-4 c. maple syrup
-2 tbsp. coffee of sunflower oil
-1/2 c. cinnamon powder
-120 g of oat bran
-70 g of wheat germ
-60 g raisins

  • For mounting :

-400 g of white cheese
-1 sachet of vanilla sugar

PREPARATION

STEP 1
Prepare the muesli:
