Spinach Soup and Boursin

  • INGREDIENTS

-500 g spinach
-1 big pot of Boursin
-2 cloves garlic
-1 liter of chicken broth
-2 potatoes
-salt pepper

  • PREPARATION

-STEP 1
Peel and cut the potatoes in.

-2ND STEP
Peel and cut the garlic coarsely.

-STEP 3
In a saucepan, cook the spinach.

-STEP 4
Once the spinach is cooked, pour the chicken broth, garlic, and potatoes. Cook for 15 minutes.

-STEP 5
Add the Boursin off the heat and mix everything. Salt, pepper.
