-1 kg of spaghetti
-100 g of tomato paste
-2 tbsp. tablespoon of olive oil
-4 small onions
-1 clove of garlic
-70 g of parmesan cheese
-1 pinch of parsley
-1 pinch of sweet pepper
-1 pinch of thyme
-2 bay leaves
-2 basil leaves
-1 pinch of oregano
-salt pepper


Boil the onions in a little salty water in which you put 1 tbsp. olive oil, 2 bay leaves, then pasta, pasta.

Brown in 1 tbsp. olive oil, crushed garlic clove. Season with salt, pepper, sweet pepper, parsley, a little thyme, and oregano. Add the juice of the tomato coulis, and a little water, stir well and let simmer for 5 minutes over low heat.

When pasta is cooked, drain carefully, pour into a dish and top with Italian tomato sauce. Sprinkle with a little parmesan cheese, decorate with basil leaves and serve hot.
