Spaghetti al pesto

PREPARATION GUIDE: SPAGHETTIS AL PESTO

  • INGREDIENTS

250 g spaghetti
3 cloves of garlic
1 small bunch of chopped basil
Parmesan cheese
olive oil
salt pepper

  • PREPARATION

STEP 1
Boil the spaghetti in boiling salted water for 10 minutes.

2ND STEP
Meanwhile, peel the garlic and mix it. Put it in a bowl with basil, olive oil, salt, pepper.

STEP 3
Drain the spaghetti. Put them in a deep dish, add the mixture to the oil.

STEP 4
Serve immediately with parmesan (or grated).
