The puff pastries are a good accompaniment to the aperitif and are appreciated by both children and adults. Children will also enjoy making them.
Ingredients for 4 persons
1 puff pastry
4 to 6 sausages from Strasbourg
1 tablespoon mustard
60 g of butter
20 g grated cheese
Preparation : 10 minutes
baking :15 minutes
Total time: 25 minutes
1- Spread the puff pastry about 3 mm thick. Spread mustard with the back of the spoon over the whole dough. Sprinkle with grated cheese (very lightly).
2- Arrange a sausage and cut a rectangle according to the height of the sausage to roll it up with a slight surplus. Roll the sausage, close well and cut in four.
3- Do so with all the sausages. Dip them on a sheet of baking paper.
