-8 fillets of fresh sardines (or 3 boxes of sardines in olive oil)
-140 g tuna meat (or 1 can)
-30 ml of lemon juice
-2 pinches of cayenne pepper
-150 g soft salted butter
Emit tuna and sardines. Add the butter, chili, and lemon.
Add salt and pepper. Then mix well. Put in the fridge.
Serve chilled on toast or hot potatoes.
