Salad with chicken, potatoes and pickles

  • INGREDIENTS

-2 chicken legs
-6 potatoes
-20 pickles
-100 g mayonnaise
-4 eggs
-2 onions
-olive oil
-salt

  • PREPARATION

-STEP 1
Peel the onions, wash and thinly slice them.

-2ND STEP
In a frying pan, cook the chicken with half the chopped onions and a little water.

-STEP 3
In a saucepan of boiling water, cook the eggs.

-STEP 4
Peel the potatoes, then rinse them.

-STEP 5
In another cooking pot with water and half of the remaining chopped onions, cook the potatoes.

-STEP 6
On your kitchen board, cut out all the ingredients in small cubes after cooking.

Then cut the gherkins into slices.

Crush the potatoes with a fork.

In a bowl, combine the potatoes, pickles, eggs and chicken juice with mayonnaise and a little salt.

Sprinkle with some olive oil and season to taste.
