PREPARATION GUIDE: GREEN BEANS AND MUSHROOMS SALAD
-500 g extra fresh green beans or jars
-200 g of Paris mushrooms
-the juice of a lemon
-a little grated ginger
-a little clove of garlic
-4 c. tablespoon of olive oil
Wash and wipe the beans, cut the ends. Steam about 5 minutes or longer if they are not cooked. Go under cold water to stop cooking.
Wash and dry the mushrooms, cut into strips at the last moment. Make a vinaigrette with lemon, oil, ginger, crushed garlic, salt, and pepper. Arrange the vegetables on the plates, top with sauce and serve.
