PREPARATION GUIDE: COOKED SALAD WITH LARD AND POTATOES
7 slices of bacon
1 celery stalk
Peel, rinse, then squeeze the salads.
Then put them aside.
On your kitchen board, cut bacon slices into medium slices.
Put a saucepan on the fire.
Put some butter in it.
Heat and add the bacon slices.
Add the salad and, as it melts, add the remaining slices of bacon.
Add a little water if necessary to prevent it from attaching.
Rinse the celery stalk.
Then, cut them into small pieces.
Add them to the salad.
Then peel, rinse and break up the potatoes.
After you put all the salad in the pan, add the potatoes.
Cook slowly over low heat until ingredients are cooking.
Remove the pan from the heat and serve immediately.
