PREPARATION GUIDE: PROVENÇALE MEAT BREAD

  • INGREDIENTS

-ground beef: 800 g
-stale bread: 2 slices
-garlic: 6 cloves
-flat parsley: 1 bouquet
-basil: 1 bouquet
-puree of tomatoes: 400 g
-olive oil: 4 tbsp. soup
-oregano: 2 tbsp. soup
-cumin: 1 tbsp. coffee
-salt and pepper: 1

  • PREPARATION

-STEP 1
Mix the crumbled bread with the garlic, parsley, and basil.

-2ND STEP
Add this mince to the tomato purée, add the oil, spices, salt, and pepper.

-STEP 3
Add the ground beef and knead until the mixture is homogeneous.

-STEP 4
Preheat the oven to 220 ° C (tea 7).

-STEP 5
Pour the mixture into an oiled cake mold, pack well; cook 1 hour.

Serve warm or cold with a tomato coulis and salad with croutons rubbed with garlic.
