Potato salad with tuna, beans and peas

  • INGREDIENTS

-4 potatoes
-1 can of tuna in oil
-1 can of green beans (or fresh beans)
-1 small box of peas (or fresh peas)
-1 clove of garlic
-1 C. old-fashioned mustard
-6 c. tablespoon of olive oil
-2 tbsp. red wine vinegar
-thyme
-salt pepper

  • PREPARATION

-STEP 1
In a pot of boiling water, cook your potatoes.

-2ND STEP
Let them cool, peel them and cut them into cubes.

-STEP 3
Place them in a salad bowl.

-STEP 4
Drain the tuna, beans, and peas. Cut the tuna and beans into pieces and place them in the bowl with the chopped garlic clove.

-STEP 5
Prepare the vinaigrette by mixing the old-fashioned mustard, vinegar, and olive oil. Season.

-STEP 6
Add salad vinaigrette and mix.

-STEP 7
Serve chilled and garnish with a few sprigs of thyme.
