PREPARATION GUIDE: CREAM PENNE
-400 g of penne
-50 g of butter
-50 cl of cream
-100 g grated Parmesan cheese
In a saucepan of salted boiling water, add the penne.
In a saucepan, melt the butter, fry the minced onion.
Add the cream, salt, pepper, and mix.
Stir in the Parmesan cheese.
Mix until the cream is creamy.
Drain the pasta, put in 4 plates and add the sauce, season with spices.
