Cupboard dish or student dish, the tuna pasta recipe is not always well seen. Yet, the pasta we like it. And all the sauces. In addition to that, you have to tell yourself they are troubleshooting. In flat last minute, in large quantities to warm for the week, short any time the pasta is present. There is nothing complicated, the only thing to master is cooking pasta. The rest is a breeze!
PREPARATION GUIDE: FAST TUNA PULP
-400 g spaghetti
-1 big box of tuna in the natural
-3 cloves of garlic
-400 ml of liquid cream
-1 pinch of parsley
Drain the canned tuna and crumble it. Peel the cloves of garlic and cut them finely.
Boil water for pasta in a saucepan. When the water boils, add the spaghetti. Cook pasta according to package directions (ideally al dente cooking).
While cooking, prepare the sauce: fry the tuna and chopped garlic in a frying pan. Salt and pepper, then at the end of cooking, add the liquid cream and marinate a little.
When the spaghetti is ready, strain them and gently mix them with the tuna sauce.
Sprinkle with parsley and serve.
If your schedule allows you, replace canned tuna with fresh tuna or any other fresh fish from the market (salmon, cod, sea bream, …). You can also add some seafood (shrimp, scallops, …). Your dish will have more flavors and colors. Designated Italian chef, it’s up to you to improvise your pasta recipe!
