Pancake with goat cheese and mushrooms

  • INGREDIENTS

1 buckwheat or pancake
4 slices of goat cheese
20 g grated cheese
1 slice of white ham
1 egg yolk
3 handfuls of Paris mushrooms
2 butternuts
salt pepper

  • PREPARATION

STEP 1
In a pan, melt a knob of butter and then sear the finely chopped mushrooms for 5 minutes.

2ND STEP
In a second pan, melt the second knob of butter, add the black buckwheat pancake.

STEP 3
Overlay slice of ham, mushrooms, grated cheese, and goat cheese.

STEP 4
Once the cheese has melted, add the egg yolk.

STEP 5
Add salt and pepper.

STEP 6
Fold the cake and heat for 3 minutes.

STEP 7
Enjoy your meal!
