PREPARATION GUIDE: THERMOMIX CREPE PULP
-500 ml of milk
-250g of flour
-20 g of butter
-2 pinches of salt
-1 C. vanilla sugar
Cut the butter into pieces.
Put them in the bowl of Thermomix and melt them at 70 ° C on speed 1 for 1 min 30.
Add the flour, eggs, salt and vanilla sugar to the bowl. Finally, pour the milk in.
Blend at speed 6 for 20 seconds.
Pour the pancake batter into a salad bowl. Close with stretch film and let the dough rest at room temperature for at least 30 minutes.
To cook the pancakes, heat a non-stick frying pan, pour a little pancake batter (using a ladle) in it and spread well over the entire surface of the pan. Flip over with a flat spatula (or by blowing it up if you’re reckless!) To cook both sides. Pancakes can be enjoyed hot, warm or cold depending on taste!
Do not forget to flavor your pancake batter with Thermomix for an even more delicious and personalized result! For example, sprinkle your pancake batter with lemon or orange zest, sprinkle with a haircut of rum or Grand Marnier, or why not orange blossom water. Another idea is that beer or cider can add a rustic flavor to your pancakes while helping it to “swell” when it is at rest. The pancakes will be all the more fluffy! For more flavors, but it’s not mandatory, you can add 1 tsp. lemon or orange peel or 1 tbsp. rum. And for the greediest, here we have gathered all the Thermomix desserts!
