PREPARATION GUIDE: QUICHE MUSTARD WITH HAM
-1 puff pastry
-3 slices of ham
-25 cl of cream
-1 big handful of grated cheese
Preheat your oven to 180 ° C (th.6).
In a quiche pan, form the puff pastry.
With a spoon, cover with 2 tbsp. mustard.
Roughly chop the ham before spreading it over the dough.
In a bowl, break the eggs and add the cream.
Pour this egg mixture over the dough at the bottom of the pan and sprinkle with grated cheese.
Bake for 35 minutes.
