-5 parsnip roots
-1 sweet potato
-10 cl of liquid cream
Wash, peel parsnip roots, sweet potatoes, and potatoes, then cut into small pieces on a kitchen board.
Put these pieces of vegetables in the basket of an elevated pressure cooker.
Cook for 10 min as soon as the valve rotates.
Once these vegetables are cooked, put them in the bowl of a mixer.
Add liquid cream, nutmeg, salt, and a little pepper.
