Oh, the happiness of diving his spoon in a verrine with strawberries and mascarpone! We catch some strawberries, then dipping again, we come to the biscuit and cream … A fresh and gourmet delicacy we all love when the strawberry season is (finally) arrived. No need for a lot of ingredients: strawberries, biscuits, mascarpone, crème fraîche, and vanilla sugar! 10 minutes of preparation, and here you are with a great dessert (or a super taste) that will take a toll! 1 box of 250 g strawberries
10 cookies Bastogne (or other speculoos)
1 jar of 250 g mascarpone
15 cl of semi-thick cream
2 bags of vanilla sugar
Wash the strawberries and cut them in half.
Mix the mascarpone and the cream. Stir in the vanilla sugar (you can add a little powdered sugar if you want to sweeten a little more). If you want a lighter and aerial cream, use an electric mixer.
In individual cups or verrines, put the mascarpone/cream/ sugar mixture in the bottom with a tablespoon, then crumble a biscuit, add some strawberries, then cream again, and finish with a crumbled biscuit and a few pieces of strawberries.
Book in the fridge a minimum 15 min. Then serve well fresh and enjoy immediately.
