Marinated shrimps with orange

A simple and delicious recipe for a buffet, appetizers, or as an appetizer.

Ingredients for 4 persons

  • 400 g large shrimp (cooked and peeled weight)
  • 1 orange
  • The juice of 1/2 lemon yellow
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • some branches of flat parsley
  • salt and pepper

1- If you buy raw shrimp (best but expensive), peel and deveh them carefully before cooking for 3 minutes in the court-bouillon (the duration obviously depends on their size). Drain and let cool.

2- Grate the zest of half of the orange and squeeze the juice. Add the juice of ½ lemon, garlic clove past the garlic press, olive oil, chopped parsley, salt and pepper. Sprinkle the shrimp with this marinade and leave to cool for at least 3 hours.
