-400 g spaghetti
-150 g ground beef
-800 g peeled tomatoes
-2 cloves garlic
-2 branches of thyme
-1 bay leaf
-1 C. tablespoon of olive oil
-salt and pepper to taste
Peel and finely slice onions and garlic.
Heat the olive oil in a pan on high heat.
When the olive oil is hot, place the chopped onions and garlic in the pan and fry for 3 minutes, stirring well, until the onions are translucent.
Then add the ground beef, then continue cooking for 3 to 4 minutes, stirring constantly until no longer pink.
Stir in peeled tomatoes, thyme sprigs, and bay leaf. Season with salt and pepper to taste, mix, then lower the heat over low heat and let simmer for about 10 minutes, stirring regularly.
Meanwhile, bring to a boil a large volume of salted water in a saucepan over high heat.
After boiling, dip the spaghetti into boiling water and cook according to package directions or until al dente.
When the spaghetti is cooked, drain in a colander and keep them warm.
When the Bolognese sauce is ready, season the seasoning with salt and pepper, if necessary, then serve it on the spaghetti on the plates.
