Ham and cheese palms

Simple but very effective!

Ingredients for 4 persons

  • 1 roll of puff pastry
  • 100 g grated cheese
  • 3 or 4 slices of white ham

baking: 20 minutes
Rest: 30 minutes
Total time: 1 h


1- Unroll the dough on its paper. Cut the 4 round edges of the dough to make a square.
Put a good layer of grated cheese and spread the slices of ham without overlapping. Wrap the dough stuffed on itself on 2 of the sides. The two rolls thus made must touch in the center.

2- Wrap this roll in the parchment paper provided with the dough and place in the freezer for 30 minutes, the palms will be much easier to slice once the preparation is solidified.
Take out of the freezer and cut about 5 mm thick sections with a good knife and place these palms on a plate lined with parchment paper.

To finish

Bake at 200 ° C for about 20 minutes.
Serve warm or cold.
