Ingredients / for 7 people

  • 2 kg of potatoes
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 35 cl of liquid cream (the gratin is less good with thick cream)
  • 35 cl of milk

PREPARATION

1- Peel the potatoes and cut them into thin slices (you can use a robot). Wash with water to remove starch and dry as much as possible (optional).
2- Preheat the oven to 180 ° c. Put crushed garlic in the bottom of the gratin dish. Then the slices of potato.
3- Mix the cream and the milk and cover the potatoes. Salt and pepper.

To finish

Put in the oven: 60 minutes.
