The slimming compound salad is ideal for those who pay attention to their line. This recipe made from Chinese cabbage is succulent and very low in calories. Chinese cabbage is very little used and yet it brings true nutritional qualities. In addition to being very low in calories, it is rich in vitamin C and calcium. Spend your summer enjoying this slimming salad without worrying about weight.

INGREDIENTS

-1 Chinese cabbage (or also called sugarloaf)
-4 potatoes (Amandine type)
-1 can of corn
-200 g of white ham diced
-1 C. oil soup
-2 tbsp. balsamic vinegar
-1 C. soya
-1 C. mustard
-black olives
-cherry tomatoes
-some croutons natures
-pepper

PREPARATION

-STEP 1
Prepare your vinaigrette. In a bowl, add mustard, balsamic vinegar, soy, oil, and pepper. Whip energetically. Then, reserve the vinaigrette.

-2ND STEP
Steam your potatoes for 10 minutes. Potatoes should be neither overcooked nor raw. Meanwhile, wash and cut the Chinese cabbage in 4 and slice it in very thin strips. When the potatoes are cooked, put them in cold water until they cool. Peel them with a paring knife and cut the potatoes into small cubes. Book everything.

-STEP 3
In a bowl, put the slices of Chinese cabbage and the cubes of potatoes. Add the diced ham, corn, cherry tomatoes, black olives, and some plain croutons. Accompanied by the thin salad dressing of your dressing.

TIPS

You can add or change certain ingredients such as hard-boiled eggs, soy sprouts, apples, pine nuts or even sesame seeds or red onions, according to your desires!
