Ginger lemon detox drink

Lemon, ginger, and chili are known for their many benefits to our body. Consumed several times a week as part of a detox cure, this healthy drink will help you lose weight and stimulate your digestive system.

INGREDIENTS

-40 cl of water
-3 yellow lemons
-2 tbsp. honey
-1 pinch of cayenne pepper
-1/2 c. ground ginger (or 1 piece of fresh ginger)

PREPARATION

-STEP 1
Squeeze the lemons. Warm up the water. Pour the lemon juice and warm water into a carafe.

-2ND STEP
Add honey, a pinch of cayenne pepper (or pepper) and a small piece of grated fresh ginger. Mix quickly.

-STEP 3
Enjoy this hot or cold detox drink, ideally at breakfast time.
