German potato pancakes

German origin. Pancakes can be served without parsley and sprinkled with sugar.

PREPARATION GUIDE: POTATOES OF POTATOES IN GERMANY

  • INGREDIENTS

-4 medium potatoes
-1 onion
-150 g of flour
-3 eggs
-peanut oil
-1/2 bunch flat parsley (optional)
-salt pepper

  • PREPARATION

-STEP 1
Grate the peeled and raw potatoes and onion in a metal grater.

-2ND STEP
Let stand about 30 minutes. Then discard the liquid that forms on the potatoes.

-STEP 3
Add the eggs, flour, salt, and pepper. Also, add the finely chopped parsley if you like.

-STEP 4
Cook in small pancakes.
