Fig salad with goat cheese and honey

  • INGREDIENTS

-8 figs
-1 goat’s log
-honey
-red balsamic vinegar
-olive oil
-4 basil leaves
-4 handfuls of arugula
-salt pepper

  • PREPARATION

-STEP 1
Wash the figs.

-2ND STEP
With a knife, cut each cross, then press to open them in the shape of a flower.

-STEP 3
Wash and squeeze the arugula, then spread it on plates. Drop the figs open.

-STEP 4
In each incision, place a piece of goat cheese and a basil leaf.

-STEP 5
Sprinkle each plate with 1/2 tsp. honey, 1 tbsp. tablespoon oil and 1 tbsp. vinegar.

-STEP 6
add salt and pepper
