Fast Brioche with chocolate chips

INGREDIENTS

-250g of flour
-1 sachet of baking powder
-1 sachet of vanilla sugar
-100 g of sugar
-20 cl of fresh cream
-3 eggs
-1 package of chocolate chips
-1 pinch of salt

PREPARATION

  • STEP 1
    Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.
  • 2ND STEP
    Mix the flour, sugars, yeast, and salt in a bowl.
  • STEP 3
    Add the chocolate chips, then the eggs and the cream, and mix until you get a smooth paste.

    Pour the dough into a buttered cake tin.
