Express muffins with white chocolate and raspberries

  • INGREDIENTS

-230 g flour
-200 g of white chocolate
-200 g raspberries
-160 g of sugar
-2 eggs
-12.5 cl of milk
-8 cl of oil
-baking powder
-salt

  • PREPARATION

-STEP 1
Preheat your oven to 180 ° C (th.6).

-2ND STEP
In a suitable container, melt the chocolate in the microwave and set aside.

-STEP 3
In a salad bowl, mix the flour with the sugar.

-STEP 4
Add 1 c. yeast and a pinch of salt, mix well.

-STEP 5
In another bowl, break the eggs one by one.

-STEP 6
Beat them by adding milk and oil.

-STEP 7
Add the melted chocolate and mix.

-STEP 8
In a suitable container, mix the two preparations.

-STEP 9
Add the raspberries to the new mixture and mix well.

-STEP 10
Divide this final mixture into suitable molds, filling them to two-thirds.

-STEP 11
Bake for 20 minutes.
