PREPARATION GUIDE: EASY THAI RICE WITH SOYA HOME SAUCE
-250 g of rice
-1 clove of garlic
Peel, wash garlic and onions and slice them on a kitchen board.
In a saucepan, cook the rice as directed on the package.
Once the rice is cooked, remove it from the heat. Drain and reserve.
In a heated wok over high heat, pour 1 tbsp. oil soup.
In a small bowl, break an egg and beat with a fork. Add this beaten egg in hot oil.
Add the onions, garlic and 1 tsp. soy sauce soup.
Mix well, then add your cooked rice to this mixture.
Continue cooking for 3 minutes without stirring.
