PREPARATION GUIDE: EASY OATS PORRIDGE

INGREDIENTS

-100 g oatmeal
-60 g of oat bran
-1 liter of whole milk
-8 c. liquid honey

PREPARATION

-STEP 1
Bring the milk to a boil in a saucepan over medium heat.

-2ND STEP
Add the oatmeal and oat bran to rain while stirring constantly.

-STEP 3
Turn down the heat, stir well with a spoon, cover and cook for 15 minutes. The oatmeal and oat bran will swell and soak the milk.

-STEP 4
At the end of this time, remove the lid of the pan, add the honey and mix again with a spoon to mix well.

-STEP 5
Serve without delay.
