Preheat the oven to 180 ° C (item 6). Separate the whites from the egg yolks in two salad bowls. Add a pinch of salt to the whites and put them in firm snow. In the second bowl, blanch the egg yolks with the powdered sugar with a whisk.
Add the wheat flour to the mix and stir again vigorously. Carefully add the egg whites to snow with a spatula. Spread cake dough on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake the sponge cake for 10 minutes.
