Easy nutella roll

-4 eggs
-80 g of wheat flour
-100 g caster sugar
-110 g of Nutella
-1 pinch of salt


Preheat the oven to 180 ° C (item 6). Separate the whites from the egg yolks in two salad bowls. Add a pinch of salt to the whites and put them in firm snow. In the second bowl, blanch the egg yolks with the powdered sugar with a whisk.

Add the wheat flour to the mix and stir again vigorously. Carefully add the egg whites to snow with a spatula. Spread cake dough on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake the sponge cake for 10 minutes.

At the end of the oven, put the sponge cake on a clean, damp cloth (paper side). Wrap it up and wait a bit. Then unroll it and peel it off easily with parchment paper. Spread it with Nutella, roll again. Your Nutella roll is ready. Reserve it in the refrigerator until tasting.

You can decorate your Nutella roll easily by topping it with a nice chocolate glaze. To do this, melt dark chocolate with a little icing sugar and a touch of liquid cream. Mix to obtain a homogeneous glaze and spread it on your roll. Let freeze before tasting.
