PREPARATION GUIDE: EASY CARBONARA PASTA
-200 g spaghetti
-100 g pancetta
-50 g of Parmesan cheese
-3 egg yolks
-1 tablespoon of olive oil
Roughly prune the pancetta and fry it with a drizzle of olive oil to brown and pepper.
Boil the water by salting it slightly. When the water has boiled, add the pasta (tagliatelle or spaghetti) and cook as directed on the package. The cooking time of your pasta depends on the type of pasta used and your personal taste. However, we recommend al dente cooking for this easy carbonara pasta recipe.
In a bowl, beat the eggs with Parmesan cheese and some pasta cooking water (optional). The mixture must be well sparkling.
Once the pasta has been properly cooked, drain it and put it in a salad bowl, add the beaten yolks and pancetta and mix.
