-400 g flour
-1 packet of baker’s yeast
-25 cl of milk
-80 g of butter
-1 egg yolk
-30 g of sugar
-5 g of salt
In a bowl, pour the flour, yeast, sugar, and salt and mix.
In another bowl, mix the egg yolk with the milk. Melt the butter and add it to this mixture.
Gradually pour this mixture into the first bowl. Mix until you get a smooth dough.
Let stand for about 1h30.
Then form a dozen rolls, put them on a sheet of parchment paper in an oven off for another 45 min.
Brush the loaves with a little milk with a brush.
Bake the bread in an oven at 180 ° C (th.6) for 15 minutes.
