- PREPARATION GUIDE: EASY BRIOCHED CRESCENTS
-500 g flour
-15 cl of milk
-60 g of soft butter
-60 g plain yogurt
-6 c. tablespoon caster sugar
-1 C. dehydrated baker’s yeast
-1/2 c. coffee baking powder
-1 pinch of salt
Mix the flour, yeast, sweetener, and salt in a container.
Add the milk, egg, yogurt, and butter and knead by hand until you have a ball of soft non-sticky dough.
Cover with a clean cloth and let rise for 1h30 at room temperature.
Degas the dough on a floured work surface and spread it in a long rectangle with a rolling pin.
Cut triangles and roll them (starting from the widest side) to form the croissants.
Place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Cover the plate with a clean towel and let it rise for 45 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.
Brush the croissants with a little milk, using a brush.
Bake for 15 minutes.
Let cool before taking off the croissants.
