-250 g sugar
-250 g butter
Preheat the oven th.5 (150ºC). Melt the butter. Separate the egg whites from the yolks. Mix the yolks with the sugar.
Add to the flour and mix. Add the melted butter. Beat the egg whites and incorporate them.
Mix and add the peeled and cut apples into thin slices. Pour into a greased and floured mold. Bake for 50 minutes.
