Creamy yoghurt cake

  • 1 jar of yogurt 125 g (use the same jar for the whole recipe)
  • 3 jars of sugar
  • 3 pots of flour
  • 3/4 of oil jar
  • 1 packet of dry yeast
  • 1 sachet of vanilla sugar
  • 3 eggs

PREPARATION

1 In a bowl, combine yogurt, sugar and vanilla sugar.
2 Add the eggs one by one. Mix well and gradually pour the flour and the yeast.
3 Pour the oil and mix everything with an electric mixer preferably.

Put in the oven at thermostat 7 (210 ° C) for 20 to 30 minutes while watching the cooking. Push the blade of the knife, it must come out dry.
