Cow laughing breaded

Ingredients for 4 persons

  • 8 cheeses Laughing cow
  • Paprika
  • For breading:
  • Flour
  • breadcrumbs
  • 1 big egg
  • Salt pepper

Place the laughing cow cheeses in the freezer for 30 minutes before breading. Break the egg into a bowl and beat it. Add a pinch of paprika powder, a little salt and pepper and mix again. Bread the cheeses: coat the laughing cow cheeses in the flour, then in the beaten egg and finally in the breadcrumbs. Fry the laughing cow, breaded in oil, until golden brown. Drain on paper towels and serve with a green salad.
