Cookies with two chocolates

INGREDIENTS

  • 280 g flour
  • 8 c. cocoa powder
  • 1 C. baking soda
  • 1/2 c. salt coffee
  • 250 g of soft butter
  • 125 g of brown sugar
  • 100 g caster sugar
  • 1 C. liquid vanilla extract
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 handfuls of dark chocolate chips

PREPARATION

-STEP 1
Preheat the oven th.6 / 7 (190 ° C).

-2ND STEP
In a salad bowl, mix the flour, cocoa, salt, baking soda. Leave aside.

-STEP 3
In another bowl, whisk butter, sugar and vanilla extract until creamy. Add the 2 eggs, and beat another 2 min. Then add the previous flour/cocoa mix, then the dark chocolate chips.

-STEP 4
With a teaspoon, put small piles of this paste on a plate lined with parchment paper.

-STEP 5
Bake for 8 minutes.

-STEP 6
Let cool 2 min. Then put your cookies on a grid until completely cool.
