To change traditional peanuts, here are pretty puffs that will amaze your friends as an aperitif.
Ingredients / for 8 people
- 150 g of chorizo
- 100 g grated Gruyère cheese
- 1 big egg
- 1 ready puff pastry

Total time : 25 minutes
1 Mix chorizo and gruyere. Add the beaten egg and mix everything.
2 Spread this mixture on the unrolled puff pastry.
3 Roll the dough around itself to obtain a pudding and store it in the refrigerator for 15 minutes so that it can be cut more easily.
4 After chilling, cut the sausage into slices of about 1 cm, arrange them on a baking sheet covered with baking paper and bake in a preheated oven until the pucks are golden brown.
Just as good, you can replace the chorizo with a crumbled goat cheese (you will only put 40 g of Gruyère cheese).
