Here’s an easy-to-make snack recipe that will allow you to eat when you’re hungry. Avoid industrial cereal bars and make homemade snacks to go everywhere. Made from oatmeal, brown sugar, butter, dried fruit, and chocolate chips, make this recipe of cereal bars with oatmeal and milk chocolate.
- PREPARATION GUIDE: CEREAL BARS WITH OAT FLAKES AND MILK CHOCOLATE
-200 g oatmeal
-110 g of brown sugar
-100 g butter in small pieces
-75 g of dried fruits in small pieces (dried apricots, dried cranberries, raisins …)
-75 g of a multi-grain mixture
-2 tbsp. milk chocolate nuggets
-1 C. honey
Preheat the oven to 160 ° C.
In a saucepan, remove the butter, sugar and honey and heat over low heat stirring until complete dissolution of the sugar. In a salad bowl, pour the oatmeal, the multi-grain mixture, the chocolate chips, and the dried fruit.
Stir in the previous mixture and gently stir. Spread the mixture on a baking sheet covered by smoothing the surface with a spatula. Bake for 30 minutes.
At the end of this time, cut the mixture in equal parts and allow it to cool to room temperature. Keep the bars in an airtight box until tasting.
