PREPARATION GUIDE: CHICKEN PAPILLOTS IN BRIE
-4 chicken fillets 130 g each
200 g brie
-1 tray of mushrooms from Paris
-50 g shallots
-dry white wine
-50 g of butter
Preheat the oven th.7 (210ºC).
Cut out 4 squares of aluminum foil about 30 cm apart.
Cut each chicken fillet into strips and arrange them on the buttered aluminum foil.
Peel the mushrooms and cut them into slices.
Cut brie into strips and sandwich slices of brie and mushrooms with chicken slices.
Sprinkle with chopped shallots. Add salt and pepper.
In each wrapper dispose of a small knob of butter, 1/2 glass of wine, and close them.
Arrange the wraps in a baking dish and bake for 40 minutes.
Serve hot with steamed apples.
