Baked Stuffed Ham / baked gruyère

  • INGREDIENTS

-4 potatoes
-4 slices of ham
-Gruyere
-fresh cream
-nutmeg
-thyme
-salt pepper

  • PREPARATION

-STEP 1
Preheat your oven to 180 ° C (th.6).

-2ND STEP
Cut 4 pieces of aluminum foil and place your potatoes there.

-STEP 3
Add salt, pepper, and thyme and close the foil.

STEP 4
Bake for 40 minutes.

-STEP 5
Cut the potatoes in 2 then empty them gently.

-STEP 6
Reserve the flesh.

-STEP 7
In a food processor, mix the ham, cheese, 4 tbsp. cream, a pinch of nutmeg, salt, and pepper to taste.

Fill 1/2 parts of potatoes with the stuffing.

Bake for 20 minutes.

Serve immediately.
