Bacon omelet

INGREDIENTS

  • 4 eggs
  • 100 g smoked diced bacon
  • chive
  • pepper

PREPARATION

-STEP 1
Beat the eggs in an omelet.

-2ND STEP
Season them with a little pepper.

-STEP 3
Take a pan and sauté bacon on high heat.

-STEP 4
Then remove the excess fat and stir in the beaten eggs.

-STEP 5
Stir with a wooden spoon and cook over low heat.

-STEP 6
Rinse and chop the chives into small pieces and add to the pan.

When the omelet is almost cooked, fold it and adjust the seasoning.
