A simple dish to prepare and very popular during buffets or in the evening
Ingredients / for 6 people
- 1/4 of water
- 100 g half-salted butter
- 150 g flour
- 170 g Emmenthal cut into small cubes
- 5 eggs (4 if they are big)

1- Preheat the oven to 200 ° C or thermostat 6. In a saucepan, put the water and butter.
2- When boiling, add the flour all at once and work well to make a ball.
3- Out of the fire, add the beaten egg omelette one by one. Stir each egg into the dough before adding the next.
4- Pepper to taste, add the diced Emmenthal. Mix.
Arrange the dough on a non-stick baking sheet by forming small pile the size of a large walnut with 2 spoons (use a piping bag if you prefer).
Put the cabbage in the oven and cook for about 30 minutes. At the end of cooking, leave for a few minutes in the oven off, door ajar (so that they are well cooked inside and do not fall back).
