Ingredients / for 6 people

  • For 6 muffins: 100g of flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 2 whole eggs
  • 1 natural yoghurt
  • 3 tablespoons of oil
  • 100 g white ham enumettes or cubes
  • 75 g grated cheese
  • salt pepper

baking : 20 minutes
Total time: 30 minutes


1 Put the oven to preheat on thermostat 6 (180 ° C). Beat eggs in omelette, salt and pepper slightly (ham is salted) then add successively flour, yeast, yoghurt and oil. Mix well with a whisk.
2 Add the grated cheese and ham. Mix well again.

To finish

Fill the muffin cups 2/3 full (butter if necessary, useless if they are silicone) and cook for about 20 minutes until the muffins are well inflated and browned.
